Flat Rate Express

  • We charge a flat rate of $16 for Express delivery throughout Australia. 
We are in the country where courier service and 'overnight' - aren't - but standard Australia post haven't even been using their tractors properly lately.  So we have switched to Express Delivery.  Sorry.  But this ensures that our non-industrial creations preserve their qualities in transit and having tested this change, even in the country, Australia Post tries harder with Express Delivery.   There is still free shipping at $200 and we will hand deliver if you are 'in town' by prior arrangement.
  • We also ship internationally, so please contact us if you would like to discuss options and estimate the cost before ordering. 

Drop tested parcel?

If the contents of your box look like they've been involved in a military drop test, crash-test-dummy experiment or are 'just' FUBAR, then please Contact us as soon as you can so we can replace your items.  We take every care to ship your creations carefully and robustly but, very rarely, accidents do happen.

If you have a problem with one of our products, please Contact us promptly so we can help you, stating your name and order number please.  All sales are final, we do not refund for change-of-mind.
