Thanks, an excellent point - personal resilience at any one time is always key to whether a food, a supplement, a lifestyle change or a combination suits you or not and this state can be remarkably changeable. Learning to pay attention to your body's little cues, for or against your 'latest greatest', is a smart way to stay well and build resilience. Ignore yourself at your peril!
